Charles Leadbeater

He has advised companies, cities and governments around the world on innovation strategy and drawn on that experience in writing his latest book We-think: the power of mass creativity, which charts the rise of mass, participative approaches to innovation from science and open source software, to computer games and political campaigning.
Charles has worked extensively as a senior adviser to the British Government and the European Commission on the rise of the knowledge driven economy and the Internet, as well as the government of Shanghai. Charles spent ten years working for the Financial Times as an editor and in 1996, he became an independent author and advisor .

Michael Duncan

Dr. Michael Duncan heads the Open Innovation program for Procter and Gamble’s European Operations. His organization is charged with identifying and developing the relationships that will help drive significant business growth, a challenging role given P&G’s 2008 revenue of U.S. $84 Billion and the goal to double its business – as it has since its founding in 1837 - every 10 years.
Dr. Duncan joined P&G in 1991 having completed a PhD in Physics and BSc in Chemistry from Sheffield University. Since 2000 Dr. Duncan has been responsible for a variety of global product development, strategic alliance, and innovation management roles, with particular emphasis on emerging markets.
Dr. Duncan is married, has 3 children, and currently lives in Newcastle, England.
Ivaylo Slavov

Ivaylo Slavov is the Chief Executive Officer Adecco Bulgaria and Managed services director for Adecco Eastern Europe.
Born in Sofia in 1970, Slavov earned a master’s degree in International Relations from the UNSS Sofia and an Economics degree from Goethe University - Frankfurt in Germany. He has more than sixteen years of work experience in the fields of Financial Services, Information Technology, and Human Resources as a consultant, project manager, director, vice-president, and managing director. For the past sixteen years, he has been working for SEB, Unisys, and Microsoft in Europe.”
