Program Details
The program is organized into five modules, each one of them dealing with financial issues particularly interesting for small and medium enterprises in Serbia.
Module 1: How to prepare for an investment?
Representatives of investment funds that are actively working on Serbian market will provide the participants with the knowledge on how to prepare and receive financial means from such organizations. In the course of this module, participants will get a clear picture of all funding sources currently existing in Serbia and the terms that have to me meet in order to get a new round of capital.
Module 2: EU funds and other alternative sources of funding
This module deals with the existing opportunities for applying for the funds offered by the EU, as well as numerous cross-border initiatives that are not well known in our market, but can potentially prove to be an interesting source of funding for domestic companies.
Module 3: Tax Consulting
As a novelty on the market, the program deals with tax consulting as a topics, which will most certainly raise interest of many entrepreneurs. Experts in this field will introduce participants to ways they can optimize their tax liability, with respect to the legal framework.
Module 4: Managing credit debts
Within this module, program participants will receive information on all credit lines available in the country, and our experts will advise them on how to choose a type of loan that best suits their needs. Also, speakers will share their experiences regarding the management of various types of debt.
Module 5: How to sell / buy a company?
The last module will deal with the topic of selling and buying companies in the domestic market. Program participants will have the unique opportunity to share experiences with entrepreneurs who have successfully completed these kinds of transactions.
