Entry criteria

This year we will select 20 young entrepreneurs with the following qualities for Top Class program:

• young entrepreneurs (up to age of 40),
• (co-)founder of the companies they manage,
• company has been operating for at least 3 years,
• at least 5 permanent employees,
• annual revenues of at least EUR 200.000 or a high growth rate of revenues in the past three years,
• interesting entrepreneurial idea,
• internationally oriented.

NOTE: We may take also into consideration those entrepreneurs who may not yet satisfy all of the entry criteria, but who have extremely interesting entrepreneurial ideas and the desire to become internationally validated entrepreneurs. So, if you are one of these entrepreneurs, we invite you to still apply! Our wish is to select the best candidates who possess the potential of becoming successful entrepreneurs.

What do we expect?

• An annual participation fee is 1500 EUR + VAT. For the second generation of Top Class Programa 2010/2011, FMO covers 50% of the full price of 3000 EUR + VAT.
• Active participation in monthly trainings.
• Active participation in B2B events and networking activities.
• Presence on individual meetings with mentors.
